Notification of Transition of Support


Since 1996, SEGUS Inc. (SEGUS) has proudly served as the exclusive provider for marketing and support of the Horizont Software GmbH (Horizont) product line in North America. Over nearly three decades, SEGUS has successfully built a diverse and esteemed customer base around the Horizont portfolio.
 
In 2014, Horizont became a part of Beta Systems Software AG (Beta Systems), an organization with over 40 years of experience supporting financial services, manufacturing, retail, and IT sectors that navigate complex IT environments. As of December 2025, SEGUS and Beta Systems reached a mutual agreement to integrate the customer bases, leading to a new phase of support.

What This Means for You

SEGUS Inc. will provide ongoing assistance during a transition period as support for the Horizont product line shifts to Beta Systems North America. Gradually, Beta Systems will take over all sales, marketing, and support responsibilities in North America.
For customers based in North America with valid support contracts, please follow the outlined support structure below:

Registration for the Beta Systems Jira Support Portal

During this transition, it's essential for customers to register for the Jira Support Portal to streamline issue resolution and access relevant product information. Below are the instructions for registration: Registration Steps:
  1. Visit the Customer PortalRegistration Link
  2. Log in to the Customer Portal.
  3. Complete registration for the Support Portal (Jira) upon your first login.
Note: Your username and password will be the same for both portals. Password management occurs through the Customer Portal.
